John Gardner, a native of Keyser, WV, joined the Morgantown Energy Technology Center as Project Manager and Engineer shortly after completing his graduate program. In 1981 he accepted a management position in Cincinnati at the Xomox Corporation where he founded and was solely responsible for the Special Products Group which focused on developing new and specialty products. In 1986, Mr. Gardner was promoted to Director of Worldwide Engineering and Technology at Xomox. Mr. Gardner was named Vice President and General Manager for Far East/Asia Pacific in 1988 and formed a wholly owned Korean subsidiary. He then held positions of Vice President and General Manager for USA Operations and North America Operations. He was promoted in 1993 to Vice President of Business and Development at Fisher Controls International, Inc. He is currently Senior Vice President responsible for leadership and direction of the global sales team for the company.
